This Return & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and service withdrawals are handled at OGC NewFinity (“we”, “our”, “us”). Our services are tailored, digital, and often bespoke — therefore subject to specific terms explained below.
By engaging with us, you agree to this policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
- Custom software development projects
- AI, blockchain, or consulting services
- UI/UX design and branding work
- Web and app development
- Subscriptions, audits, or strategic reports
This policy does not apply to third-party tools, plugins, or services integrated through third-party platforms.
2. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital and customized services, we do not offer full refunds once project execution has begun or deliverables have been initiated.
However, we remain committed to fairness and client satisfaction. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the sections below.
3. Deposits & Prepayments
Most service agreements require a deposit or advance payment before work can begin.
- Non-refundable deposits cover initial research, scoping, project management, or early-stage resource allocation.
- In the event of a client-initiated cancellation before development or design begins, a partial refund may be issued upon written request — minus any time, tools, or resources already allocated.
4. Cancellations
4.1 By the Client
You may cancel a service engagement before the agreed project start date by emailing info@ogcnewfinity.com.
- If cancellation occurs before any work begins, and no resources have been used, you may receive a partial refund (at our discretion).
- If cancellation occurs after work begins, no refunds will be issued for completed milestones or billable hours.
4.2 By OGC NewFinity
We reserve the right to cancel a service if:
- The client fails to provide required inputs
- Communication has stalled for over 14 days
- The client breaches the Terms of Service
- External factors prevent service delivery (e.g., sanctions, force majeure)
In such cases, we may refund unused prepayments for incomplete work, minus administrative or processing costs.
5. Digital Deliverables
Once a digital product (design files, code, reports, documentation, etc.) has been shared or delivered:
- It is considered final unless a revision scope is included in the agreement
- Refunds are not granted for delivered digital assets unless technical issues are found that cannot be resolved within scope
6. Subscription-Based Services
If you purchase access to a recurring service, audit, or consulting subscription:
- You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges
- No pro-rated refunds are offered for time remaining in the current billing cycle
- You are responsible for canceling via your billing portal or by emailing support@ogcnewfinity.com
7. Refund Process
All eligible refund requests must be sent to info@ogcnewfinity.com with:
- Your full name
- Invoice or order number
- Project or service title
- Reason for the refund request
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Bank or processing fees may be deducted.
8. Exceptions
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after project kickoff
- Client delays or lack of cooperation
- Services canceled due to Terms of Service violations
- Missed project deadlines caused by client-side delays
Refunds will also not be issued for:
- Customized tools
- Delivered source code
- Approved creative assets
- Unused hours bundled in project packages (unless stated otherwise)
9. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive for services purchased online — but only if the service has not begun.
By requesting an expedited project start or receiving digital deliverables, you waive this right under Article 16 of the Directive.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available at https://ogcnewfinity.com/return-refund-policy/.
